You may use LipaBid only if you:

• Have not been suspended or removed from the Platform;

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access key features of the platform (bidding, selling, tracking items), users must create an account and:

• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

4.1 Bidding Rules

• You are responsible for ensuring items listed comply with local and international laws.
• Sellers must ship items promptly once payment is confirmed.
• LipaBid may charge listing fees or commission. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent items, place fake bids, or manipulate prices;
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems on the Platform;
• Post illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods;
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Harass or abuse other users.

Violations may lead to termination of your account and legal action.

All payments on LipaBid must be made through approved payment methods listed on the platform.

• Buyers may be charged service or transaction fees.
• Sellers may be charged commissions or listing fees.
• All fees are clearly outlined at the time of listing or checkout.
• Currency exchange, taxes, or customs duties are the responsibility of the user.

LipaBid provides a resolution center for disputes between buyers and sellers. In case of unresolved issues:

• Users are encouraged to communicate in good faith.
• We may mediate but are not a party to transactions.
• Refunds or cancellations are evaluated case-by-case.

All content on the LipaBid platform, including logos, trademarks, icons, images, and software, is the property of LipaBid or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.

LipaBid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:
